Nava Soap Studio, a fresh start under the TrutherFit brand, where I continue to do what I love: creating small-batch body care with purpose, using simple, skin-loving ingredients.

Sugar & Spice Soap Co. was something special—created and built together with my former business partner, it was born from a shared love for handmade, intentional products. We poured our hearts into it, and I’m proud of what we created.

But as life moved forward—raising kids, managing a homestead, and living in different states—we found ourselves pulled in different directions. It became clear that it was time to gently close that chapter and begin a new one.

You’ll still find a few Sugar & Spice favorites here while supplies last, but most of what you’ll see are brand-new creations—handmade by me, Steph—with care and a heart rooted in truth.

“Nava” is a Hebrew word that means beautiful, pleasant, and graceful—and that’s exactly the kind of beauty I hope to share with you, one bar at a time.
